1. What is Serenqi?

Serenqi is a UK-based skincare brand dedicated to creating clean, effective, and mindful products that bring balance and radiance to your skin.

2. Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes — all Serenqi products are cruelty-free and vegan-friendly. We never test on animals and only use ethically sourced ingredients.

3. Are Serenqi products suitable for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Our formulas are carefully crafted with gentle, non-irritating ingredients suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before first use.

4. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your favourite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@serenqi.uk.
Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

6. How long does delivery take?

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days.

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

7. Do you offer international shipping?

Not at the moment — we currently ship within the UK only, but we plan to expand internationally soon.

8. What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at admin@serenqi.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
